How do I prepare oversized cardboard for pickup?
Break down cardboard boxes to a flat size of no more than 30 inches square.
When is Ace Sanitation closed and what happens to my service on holidays?
We are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years day. Service will be delayed by one day if your collection falls on these holidays or the day after Thanksgiving.
Can Ace Sanitation pick up items outside the cart?
Yes, if they're bagged. Fees apply depending on the material outside the can. Contact customer service for any item concerns.
When do I need to have my trash out for collection?
Have you can out the night before, collection starts at 5 AM
What can I recycle with Ace Sanitation?
